Mimosa

At the end of autumn, the Esterel hills, near Grasse, are aglow with hues of gold and fragrant with the unforgettable scent of mimosas in flower. Also known as the "winter sun", the mimosa, with its tiny golden pompons, fills the air with its sweet and powdery scent.
