Products Exchange

You can exchange any product purchased at our website within 14 days from day products received. All items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt and in unopened, saleable condition.

  • Defective or used products will not be accepted back.
  • Products Exchage can be done at any of L'OCCITANE store in Israel.Find your nearest store ❯

Products Returns

It is L'OCCITANE's intention to satisfy our customers. For this reason, we will gladly issue a full refund to the original credit card (or PayPal) for any unopened merchandise that is returned within 14 days of the date of purchase, accompanied by the original receipt and in unopened, saleable condition.
We will issue cash refund, store credit or gift card with the purchase value, in which you will be able to purchase other products at our stores or online. The purity apply product higher than 50 ILS.

  • any return of product or service cancellation will charge you a cancellation fee of 5% of the product or service, or 100ILS, based on the lower of the two options.
  • Cash refund will be provided only for products value over 50 NIS.
  • Single item which is part of a set cannot be returned, only the complete set with all its items. In case the customer received additional products as a gift, this gift should be returned as well, in order to get a refund.
  • No refund will be provided for products received for free, at sales or as a gift.
  • Club members - while returning the product to the store and receiving a full money refund / voucher to the store, points that accumulated for this purchase will be cleared and deducted from the rest respectively.
  • Cost of returns is not refunded.
  • Only the person who purchased can cancel the order, not the recipient, and any credit will be provided by the original payment method, credit card/PayPal, and according to the credit card refund schedules.
  • Direct debit cards cannot be refunded, therefore Direct cards owners will get credit to use on website only.
  • Items purchased with cash maybe be exchanged or a store credit issued. There are no cash refunds.
  • Canceling online purchase before the items were delivered, will not require any additional payment, and you will receive full refund, including cost of shipping.
  • In case you cancel the order after the product was delivered from our warehouse, and before the you received it – you will get full refund less the shipping cost – shipping cost will be coming out of the refund, even if you are entitled to free shipping. The customer may return the items directly to one of our stores, which will not require any shipping cost deduction, as long the item is in its original packing, with no damage, and has not been used. In case the returned item condition is not answering these requirements, customer will not be refunded at all.
  • The manufacturer has the only legitimate judgment about the returned item condition.
  • Responses for exchanges & returns may take up to 14 days from day items received. Thank you for your patience.
